Made me an handicapped lady wait for 3 hours in the mall without any place to rest and that too when I called them beforehand to confirm if I can visit them and they confirmed I can visit. Instead of giving us a proper time to visit they told us we have to wait for 3 hours and convinced us to wait based on this vague timing and even after waiting for 3 hours they told us we have to wait another 1.5 hour and that to without any confirmation that our work will be done or not. Instead of apologising for their mistakes the store employees kept making excuses and didn't even felt guilty of making a physically challenged person wait 3 hours in a mall even though I called them beforehand which they confirmed with yes. 100% would not recommend visiting this store ever."
